We have The Almighty, who Baba Sai calls as The Fakir, who is also called Deva, Devi, Khuda, Ahura, Ram, Krishna, God, Allah. The focus of each and every living being is to merge back into The Fakir. The role of every Guru or Master is to make each disciple into a Master and to eventually help the disciple to merge with The One. But there are many Perfect Masters, who due to the love of Their children, will not merge with The Absolute One, for the simple reason, once you merge with The Almighty, you become The Almighty yourself. The drop becomes the ocean and the ocean mergers into the drop too and there is only Oneness. The Master decides not to merge for the eternal love story of a Master and disciples because the Almighty has set rules and S(H)e too becomes bound by the rules. Tajuddin Baba has assured His followers that till He did not help in creating over hundred thousand Saints or Masters in the physical plane, on the path, He would not merge with The One.
The reason is simple. A Principal of a school has set rules and regulations of how the school functions, how each student progresses to the higher class or remains in the same standard and the rules cannot be changed for anybody, as justice is paramount. Even the Principal is bound by these rules. But the Principal is not involved in the day to day functioning in the class room. Only the teachers are involved there. Who to pass and who to fail is the teacher’s prerogative! If a student fails, the parents cannot approach the Principal to appeal for the child and to make the child still move ahead. Irrespective of the child’s ability or circumstances or aptitude, if the child has failed, the child remains in the same class. It is the teacher who decides who passes and who fails. But let us say a teacher sees the right aptitude in a student, sees the student working hard and has the capability to progress and do well, irrespective of how the child has performed, the teacher can still manipulate the mark sheet and let the child progress to a higher standard or class. The teacher is involved in the day to day activity of the child and knows the child like nobody else does, knows the child better than the parents and family too. The teacher or the Guru knows the child best and thus the child’s future in reality is in the hands of the teacher.
The love of teaching and being able to guide the progress of the child, make many teachers prefer not to get into administration and even refuse the post of the Principal, as once that happens, the personal connect between the teacher and the child is lost. The Principal cannot be partial and is bound by rules. Similarly, many spiritual Perfect Masters, though They can merge with The Almighty, choose, due to the love of Their children, to remain Masters and not merge with The Almighty. Baba Sai has promised His children that whoever calls out to Him, He will come running to help the child and if karma necessitates that the child go through the ordeal or experience, He shall stand by the child and be with the child and go through the ordeal or experience with the child, giving the child, strength, wisdom, grace to go through his or her lot, with calmness and pure surrender. Of course, that is if the child allows Him to help, to go through the experience, calmly.
So, if the Almighty is on the twelfth dimension, Perfect Masters reside on the eleventh dimension, one rung below. So, the Masters’ real essence is on the eleventh dimension. Thus, the Master’s presence in the Spirit World would play the role of the Mother Satellite. If there is a transmitter then there must be a receiver. We, His followers become the Receiver. Thus, the Master resides in His or Her eternal energy in the Purest form and emits countless sparks that reach down to all those who truly believe. The world has its own vibrations and The Master would get depleted if He or She were to venture forth in that vibration. So, Their Energy goes forth, but just a spark, or as one says, just an anksh, which means a part of the Master. That part of Baba Sai is the whole of Him but still a part of Him. A drop is a part of the ocean and the ocean is in the drop too. So, the first transmitter is this original Shakti form of Baba and the sparks are His Energy reaching out to all those who truly believe; thus, the sparks are the second transmitter. The third transmitter is His Samadhi or Dargah or in other instances ancient Temples, which also sends forth waves upon waves of Energy to all those who come to be cleansed, energised and blessed. The resting place of a Master works as a cleanser, an energiser, a restorer, blessing all those who come from far or close to seek solace, respite, strength and blessings.
Then the Masters have helpers, an army of spiritual helpers, each religion will give various names to Them, but let us just stick to Their essence and call Them, the army of Light Workers. Most of Them are invisible, who work as guides, guardian angels, healers, counselors, who work with each individual, according to the individual’s faith, receptiveness and love. Most often, this beautiful army of Light Workers, are followers of The Goddess, God or Guru, when they were in the body, who now have taken on the mantle of serving the Master in the spirit dimensions. Of course, there are Archangels, Ginns, fairies and Elemental guides or High Spirit Energies, who have never taken birth in the physical body but continue to serve all of Creation, due to Their love for The One.
Then you have the Light Workers who are in the physical body, who are themselves working out their karmas but now are operating more from the understanding of them being spirits in the body, than being just the body. Anybody who works with true selfless love and compassion, lending a helping hand, wiping a tear, working for the downtrodden selflessly… noble nurses, doctors, lawyers, police force, employers, a sweeper, a cobbler, a home maker, a rickshaw driver, a man selflessly working to keep the home fires burning, anybody who is genuinely kind at heart, who spreads happiness, peace, joy, harmony, love, without resorting to slander, gossip, hate, greed, envy, jealousy, corruption, all become Light Workers, knowingly or unknowingly. They too serve The Lord, toiling honestly and selflessly, spreading the sigh of The Lord to all whom they meet and help. Yes, being human, they too slip and fall, but their essence is to spread the warmth of The Lord, thus even though they might fall, they quickly get up, and continue to silently work for The Lord.
So you have the Master, in His or Her original form, say on the eleventh dimension, seated amongst The Masters, through Their essence, countless sparks or energy manifestations are sent to all those who truly need Their personal presence, the same works through Their Tomb, and then to all those who represent The One, through the Master. When a Master is called, depending on the relationship, faith and love of the individual, the Energy flows to the individual, which means The Master can be all over Creation with His or Her children, whenever one truly calls. The more intense the longing for the Master, the more strong the manifestation becomes. If you want the Master to be with you all the time, you need to be with the Master all the time. The more you want the Guru, the stronger the Guru’s manifestation grows. If you want the Guru only for a particular reason, the Guru will be with you but only for that particular reason. Thus, need and want the Master for the right reasons and the Master will be with us forever, very often even materialising in His or Her original form or taking the physical form of a man, woman, child, animal.
When breathing one’s last, the stronger the call to the Master the surety of the Master being with us at the last moment is virtually ensured. Our call should not come from a selfish reason, but truly come out of love, and the Master shall be with us. The Master always surrounds the disciples and true devotees with Light Workers, whether you call out Their Name or not, who report back to the Master and thus the Master is always aware of each and every thought, word, emotion, intention, of each child who is under the care of the Master. The responsibility of a Guru, a Perfect Master, never ends, till the Perfect Master does not merge with The Source. Can you imagine the love each Perfect Master has for His or Her children, that They put on hold, so often, perpetually, the final merger with Their Most Beloved. This is the love our Baba Sai has for us.
